Introduction to the working principle and rotation mode of hydraulic motors

A hydraulic motor is a mechanical device that utilizes hydraulic energy to rotate. It is usually provided with hydraulic energy by a hydraulic pump, which is transmitted to a hydraulic motor through a control valve to achieve the rotation of the device.
Hydraulic motors are closely related to hydraulic motors, sharing some common components and most basic principles. The hydraulic pump pushes hydraulic oil into the interior of the hydraulic motor, and the pistons or gears inside the motor are driven by certain technologies to convert hydraulic oil into mechanical energy. Due to the reduction of hydraulic pressure caused by resistance and friction during motion transmission, the rotational speed of the motor is influenced by many factors, such as its own volume, the size and output capacity of the hydraulic pump, etc.
2、 How does a hydraulic motor rotate
Hydraulic motors mainly rely on hydraulic pressure to rotate gears or pistons. There are two main oil pressure areas in hydraulic motors, namely the high-pressure oil chamber and the low-pressure oil chamber. After the hydraulic pump outputs high-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic motor and pushes the gear or piston to the low-pressure oil chamber, causing rotation. The output of a hydraulic pump generates force through the rotation of gears or pistons and friction with the fluid inside the motor. In this way, the hydraulic motor completes the conversion from hydraulic energy to mechanical energy, thereby achieving rotation.
In addition, hydraulic motors can also change their speed and steering by altering the flow rate and direction of the output oil. By controlling the valve, the flow rate and direction of the output oil can be adjusted, thereby regulating the output speed and steering of the hydraulic motor to better meet practical needs.
