Motor User Guide
To ensure that OMM, OMP, OMR, BM3, BM4 and other cycloidal hydraulic motors operate in optimal condition, it is recommended:
1. Oil temperature: Normal operating oil temperature 20°C~60°℃, maximum system operating temperature 90°C (should not exceed one hour).
2. Filter and oil cleanliness level: Filter filtration accuracy is 10-30 microns, it is best to install a magnetic block at the bottom of the oil tank to prevent metal chips from entering the system. The solid pollution level of the working oil should not be higher than 19/16.
3. Oil viscosity: The kinematic viscosity at 40°C oil temperature is 42-74MM2/S, hydraulic oil can be selected according to the actual working and environmental temperature.
4. Motors can be used in series or parallel. When used in series or parallel, the back pressure exceeds 10MPA (speed below 200RPM), it must be depressurized with an external leakage oil port. It is best to connect the external leakage oil port directly to the oil tank.
5. BMS, BMSY, BMT, BMV.BMK6 series motors output shaft can withstand large axial and radial loads.
6. The best operating condition of the motor should be selected at 1/3-2/3 of the rated operating condition.
7. In order to make the motor have a long service life, when loading the motor, it should be operated at 30% of the rated pressure for about 1 hour; under any circumstances, before loading the motor, ensure that the motor is filled with oil.
