Motor User Guide
To ensure optimal operation of cycloid hydraulic motors such as OMM, OMP, OMR, BM3, BM4, etc., it is recommended:
1. Oil Temperature: Normal operating oil temperature is 20°C~60°C, maximum system operating temperature is 90°C (should not exceed one hour).
2. Filter and Oil Cleanliness Level: Filter accuracy is 10-30 micrometers. It is best to install a magnet at the bottom of the oil tank to prevent metal debris from entering the system. The solid contamination level of the working oil should not exceed 19/16.
3. Oil Viscosity: Kinematic viscosity at 40°C oil temperature is 42-74 mm²/s. Hydraulic oil can be selected based on actual working and ambient temperatures.
4. Motors can be used in series or parallel. When used in series or parallel and back pressure exceeds 10MPa (speed below 200RPM), pressure must be relieved through an external drain port. It is best to connect the external drain port directly to the oil tank.
5. The output shafts of BMS, BMSY, BMT, BMV, BMK6 series motors can withstand large axial and radial loads.
6. The optimal operating condition for the motor should be chosen within 1/3 to 2/3 of its rated operating condition.
7. To ensure a long service life for the motor, when applying load, it should first run at 30% of the rated pressure for about 1 hour; in any case, ensure the motor is filled with oil before applying load.
