Motor User Guide
To ensure that OMM, OMP, OMR, BM3, BM4, and other cycloidal hydraulic motors operate in optimal condition, it is recommended that:
1. Oil Temperature: Normal operating oil temperature 20°C~60°C, maximum system operating temperature 90°C (should not exceed one hour).
2. Filter and oil cleanliness level: The filter filtration accuracy is 10-30 microns. It is best to install a magnetic block at the bottom of the oil tank to prevent metal chips from entering the system. The solid contamination level of the working oil should not exceed 19/16.
3. Oil Viscosity: The kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 42-74 MM2/S. Hydraulic oil can be selected according to the actual operating and ambient temperature.
4. Motors can be used in series or parallel. When used in series or parallel, if the back pressure exceeds 10 MPA (speed below 200 RPM), a pressure relief valve must be used at the external oil outlet. It is best to connect the external oil outlet directly to the oil tank.
5. The output shafts of BMS, BMSY, BMT, BMV, and BMK6 series motors can withstand large axial and radial loads.
6. The optimal operating condition for the motor should be selected at 1/3-2/3 of the rated operating condition.
7. To ensure a long service life of the motor, when loading the motor, it should first be operated at 30% of the rated pressure for about 1 hour; under any circumstances, ensure that the motor is filled with oil before loading the motor.
